This should be syncing. I've looked over the documentation but there's nothing discussing limitations on uploading (RO / RW / Owner should only affect the inclusion or removal of files). We may need to create a new shared folder in order to update for recent games.

I was actually thinking back to 2016 as only the first two games were added. Current issues seem to be:

1) files are not consistently uploading (is an Owner or read-write user required to be connected for read-only users to upload?)
2) there are two partial files which are not completing (found in the .sync folder)
3) has not been kept up to date with recent games

Sync is an interesting idea, much nicer for new users than loading large numbers of torrents. It does require (at least in the free version) that all files be downloaded (300+ GB). There was original interest to add old games to the collection but this does not appear to have come to fruition.

I've created a new folder matching the existing folder (no new files added yet):
