I may be losing my mind but the toolbar with all the options including the smileys is gone. Did I do something or are the elitist pricks messing with the settings? The only options I have are below the text box and include: Post Reply, Upload a File, More Options

Click the "Use Rich Text Editor" link beneath the BBCode text entry field to get the toolbar.

Click the Page & Wrench icon on the top right of the toolbar to go back to BBCode simple view.
