I know it is "Off Topic", but I googled "buckeye tattoo" and found an interesting Bear Bryant tattoo:

What is your guy's take on Buckeye tattoos? While that is an awesome tattoo, I also think it is a somewhat permanent decision that could go awry.

Like the guy who named his son Tressel Hayes I think it is a huge jump of faith on an issue where one has little control.

For example, say some guy who lives in Miami, FL was so "in love" with the U during the 80's and 90's that he got a Miami tattoo. I think he might be regretting that decision as of late. While many schools have off-field problems they have set a new low IMO. While I don't see tOSU ever falling that far it makes me question whether I would ever make such a permanent decision. Just a thought.

I got a Block O tattoo on my shoulder on January 11: the guys at Stained Skin asked if I lost a bet after the NC loss :tongue2: , but I figured there was no better time to show "how firm my friendship" and get the coverup I'd been meaning to get for years. I'm a 4th-generation Buckeye grad, so my allegiance to the university is definitely as permanent as the new tat.

I find your lack of faith disturbing.

Well I admire Baybuck for his timing. That is a true fan, especially given the situation. And maybe it is my restraint towards anything as permanent as a tattoo (whether it is buckeye, family, religion, etc relate). I just thought I would throw the question out there to get some opinions. I don't disagree with anyone getting a buckeye tat but also wanted to know some of the rationale behind the decision.

4th generation? Man, that is not a regret possibility. That's a done deal!
