Buckeye Tailbacks - 2005 (official thread)

Way to go Pittman! We might as well print this out and hang it Miami's locker room right now so they don't have to bother when the bus pulls in six days from now. :(
I see nothing wrong with what he said. If Miami can turn that into bulletin board material, more power to them.

I don't have a problem with that statement. He isn't talking trash about anyone, but he's showing confidence. I don't think that's bulletin board material at all.

As for the rushing attack this year, it will depend - again - on the O line and its coach. We have the horses to carry the ball, we just need some heavy equipment to pave the road.

I'm simply saying that I would give more weight to Pittman's confidence if the Bucks' most explosive returning RB wasn't the #2 WR. :wink2:

I've got 500 vCash on Pittman to be the teams' leading rusher, so nothing would make me happier than to see him roll for 200 yards on 25 carries against the Hawks. But given all the problems the Bucks' have had running the ball the last two seasons, I'll believe it when I see it.

Or either our suspended QB.

I tried to cut and paste but the formatting was all fucked up so I just went with the link.

It's those stupid ads they put in those articles that messes up the cut and paste for me.
I meant folks too lazy to click the link, not that anybody's performance was less than stellar in posting the article. :wink2:

I've posted so much crap from that site that I just know to do it in pieces.

Or you could just click on the print icon to get an all text version of the story.

If Pittman's comments are bulletin board material, then good for him. He just got others thinking about our running game without actually having to produce a running game. More open space for the receivers.
