Jay Cutler (the body builder, not the Denver QB) was one of the most massive body builders of all time. He ate 10 dozen eggs a day at his peak. He knows bulking as well as any human living. He always at least had visible abs. Getting bloated-belly fat is not at all a necessary part of bulking.

The thing is this… he’s fat in the middle and skinny at his base. It’d be one thing if he was built everywhere but he’s not.
So leads me to believe he’s not very disciplined.
