Just heard about this on here Friday afternoon - was in downtown Athens eating lunch at The Pub and saw 2 different guys "get iced" in about an hour.

My friends and myself do not ice... but I've seen it happen and it can be hilarious.
Last night someone walked up to the bar to get a Budweiser. The bartender handed him a Smirnoff Ice. His friends told the bartender to do it. It was funny. One of those things where you have to be there probably.

FWIW, Jason from Eleven Warriors "iced" Spencer Hall from SBN's EDSBS this past weekend at a bloggers event.
