So much happened in the previous season that the last season was a let down. Not quite as tense. Emotional. But, that's being a bit picky for one of the greatest series ever.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion...i will argue the 3rd to last episode the final season where hank is executed was one of the best episodes of all time in TV history....i can see how someone could say it wasn't as tense because you know that is the last season and it's all coming to an end possibly? I thought the last season was better then 1 and 3
Agree that Gus was the stronger story line. But the flip side is that after the Nazis I was ready to part with the show. Not anxious - but I could accept it. If it had ended with Gus I would still be crying in my beer.Everything about the show was perfect imo except I wish they would have wrapped up the show with the Gus storyline rather than Todd and the Nazis...really wasn't extremely into that whole story arch. The Gus plot was phenomenal though.

Was this the next to last season? That's what I was talking about as being better than the last season. But maybe I have my "seasons" mixed up?Everything about the show was perfect imo except I wish they would have wrapped up the show with the Gus storyline rather than Todd and the Nazis...really wasn't extremely into that whole story arch.
