I was never a fan of Miami being back in the rankings and out they went with a thud this week. Don't know that Alabama deserves to be #3 yet, but I can understand the reluctance to put BSU that high. Utah-TCU next week will be a barnburner. I really didn't want to rank Nevada but didn't like my other choices (Hawaii, Syracuse, Oregon State, Illinois) any better.

Just curious what the logic would be for whoever voted for Navy after they just lost at home to Duke. Otherwise, I'm pretty much in line it looks like.

I think Illinois has looked pretty good and their losses are all to very good teams.

I have to apologize for my votes last week....I was in the process of moving and was not paying great attention to it and just trying to get it in....sounds sort of like the coaches poll......

I just looked at my ballot, and I'm the culprit. No logic involved there, I just missed them on my ballot making my demotions & removals.

Don't feel bad. I had to send a second PM when I realized that I had forgotten to delete a certain team North of Toledo from my rankings.
