Did you have Florida State not ranked before the "Bitch-Tits Beatdown" last night, or is that just based on that game?

I did not have them ranked even before the game last night. I reconcile my Top-25 by asking myself whether I think anyone from 2-25 would beat Team #1 if they played their bowl game today; then whether anyone from 3-25 could beat #2, and so on down the line. When I did my rankings for the BP Top-25 on Monday morning, I just didn't feel Florida State was really that good of a team. They played like horseshit against Miami, Troy, and Clemson. They have no running game, no imagination in their playcalling, a ton of injuries on defense, and no depth. When your entire team rushes for 2 yards in a game, or when your #1 AND #2 WRs both go 6'-6" 220+, and you still can't get them the ball, you've got massive issues.

Just looking at the ACC, I felt that Clemson, Boston College, Georgia Tech, and Virginia Tech were all better teams than FSU, so I ranked them accordingly.

I mean, I looked at my Top-25, and asked myself whether or not FSU could beat any of those teams. I don't think so, so FSU is unranked.

Your logic makes sense...I'm so used to seeing the entire ACC roll over and play dead against Bawby that I usually have them ranked until they actually lose to a couple of conference teams, because it never used to happen. No worries now though...they won't be seeing my top 25 again for a while.
