I'm in. It is probably best to keep the outing around C-bus to keep all of the commutes reasonable. As I said I could set something up at Buckeye Lake, but it would just be setting up tee times. There is a bar that we go to down there that would be good for post outing food and drink. I know SnG got screwed for setting up the outing last year so it is probably best not to saddle anyone with the burden of setting up a real outing unless someone really wants to do it. I'd be willing to travel anywhere within a half hour of C-bus probably a little further if its on the north or east side.

I had a work outing at Turnberry last year, and that was a great course, with hot beer wenches, and it was reasonable ($20 per). Of course, the company may have kicked in some money, I'm not sure.

To get a good cheep outing like that you have to have a lot of people sign up and get a lot of companies to donate money and prizes to the outing. That takes a lot of work from a bunch of people to set up. I just don't think that we have anyone willing to do all of that. Last year we thought that we were going to have a bunch of people play in the outing and it ended up with 4 foursomes.

Yeah, and half of the people there were related. It was like the Brady bunch out there on the course... only with a different last name of course.

Maybe we could get Alan to donate some stuff again?

Possibly a free baptism or two. :roll2:

True. Which is why we need to set a date and get the money ahead of time this year...that way people can't back out. I know we didn't have any sponsors or anything like that for my work outing, but I wouldn't be surprised if the company itself threw down some cash to make it cheaper per person.
