I dropped the returners, jeez so I went out on a limb and got fucked bad. I must say my office league is going quite nicely as I am 2-0. (stuck to the traditional drafting technique :) )

Wow, did my team take a turn for the worse this week. Leinart got benched twice (and faces the Steelers next week), Steve Smith had one catch for 10 yards and Frank Gore got shut down. And now come the bye weeks...

FKA, you were actually winning there for a couple minutes between the third and fourth quarters. Thank god Drew Brees did his best Rex Grossman impression in the fourth quarter. I would've been pissed off if he'd pulled a garbage time TD out of his ass. I can only imagine how much stuff you must have broken watching him fail to get you even a measly three points. I had no business winning this week - especially when Deuce came out of the game - but I'll take it.

I'm gonna enjoy it for now, because my team is going nowhere fast with Larry Johnson back in his Huggies, as Dick Vermiel might say. "Deuce" is a good name for McAllister right now - he's only good for about two points per week at this point.
