There's a spot open in a roto league I've played in for 20+ years. I'm not the commish, but I've known the guy who is for 30 years.

It's Yahoo and it's drafting tonight. Let me know if there's any interest.

What time is the draft? If it is after 8:00, I would take the spot. I am currently down to two baseball leagues and I haven’t been in a roto league in a long time. Plus, it would be more quality fantasy sports time with @Jake.

It's at 8:30. The commish hasn't responded to me yet so I don't know if that spot is still available or he already has it lined up. I hope he gets back to me soon since he's, once again, scheduled the draft on a night I have a board meeting so I won't be able to check from 5:00 on and will be racing home.

I'll let you know if/when I hear anything.

I wasn't particularly crazy about it. I hate picking last. Not overly crazy about first either - would rather be right in the middle. I need to start rigging those things.

i feel the same but i do feel i ended up with a decent squad. just hope my pitching comes through. much prefer to draft in the middle.
