BP Fantasy Baseball (2008-2024, Current Champion = MD Buckeye again)

I'm leaning toward keeping it H2H but incorporating more roto style stat categories. Because we have this forum, this league gets some good chatter going with weekly match ups, etc.. I think we'd lose some of that by going full roto.

Thoughts?

Now this is what I'm thinking as well. I like the head to head matchups we get but I'm on board with tweaking/adding roto stat categories

Talk about timing, Yahoo just opened the game for this year. I've sent invitations to all of last year's teams. If you can't/don't want to play, let me know.

One thing they now do is import last year's rosters. You can make it a keeper league, but you can turn it off and clear the rosters. I was about to turn it off when I thought I'd bounce it off the group. If we get all 10 players back, any sentiment for keeping one player from last year? Maybe one pitcher and one hitter? Nothing more than that.

I'm not interested in a full keeper league, but more like franchising a guy like the NFL. I'd only consider it if it's the same group since we put those teams together. If there's no interest in keeping anyone, that's cool, it'll be a full draft pool like last year.

Thoughts?

I don’t have a pitcher worth keeping so gimme Lindor and Trout and I’m good
