And he went yard again today. I used my first waiver of the year on him so I hope he keeps it up! However, I am guessing he will start swinging his pansy stick at the plate now that I can start using him tomorrow. He is going to fit in real nice with the rest of my punching judy lineup. :cheers:

Alright, I get no one wants to hear the current first place team talk about their deficiencies. But it is just dumb luck that I am over .500 in hitting categories.

5th in runs scored, 6-2-1 record
9th in home runs, 4-4-1 record
9th in RBIs, 4-5 record
3rd in stolen bases, 5-4 record
3rd in average, 5-4 record
4th in OBP, 5-4 record
8th in slugging, 5-4 record

So I am basically .500 in homers, RBI’s, and slugging and am a combined 9th, 9th, and 8th to get there.

Hell, if the Reds had that type of luck, they would flirting with a .500 record right now!

Excellent demonstration of why I prefer roto leagues to H2H. The best team over the long haul wins roto leagues. One week in the fall, lucky or unlucky, doesn't determine your entire season after spending six months fighting for a spot in the standings.

I suspect you'll stay at or near the top, but it'll be because your numbers improved. That sort of luck isn't likely to last for 6 months.
