BP Fantasy Baseball (2008-2024, Current Champion = MD Buckeye again)

When is the draft? I’d be able to draft a team in the evening as long as it’s after March 15th. Once I finish the field training aspect I should be good to go, just no can do prior to that weekend.

The real season begins on the 28th. Mariners-Athletics play a week earlier in Japan but fuck those 2 games.

We'll draft after the 15th. Would you be able to play then?

Following the night of the 17th moving forward I should be good to draft in the evenings. Just to be safe I’d say 8pm at the earliest. We usually are done just a bit earlier then that but I’d say that’s the surest bet for time window.

We can do that, so are you back in?

What are we thinking for keepers? I’d like to keep it to two at most, only because I feel like it ruins/takes some of the fun out of the draft. Also, what are the rules regarding them? (How many years can we keep same player, grading system, etc.)

I’d say one keeper each kind (P and hitter), otherwise stuff gets so watered down.

That's the max for me as well.

I figure even the guys who were making moves in the title week (not planning for keepers) gotta have a pet cat or two still on their rosters. They can chime in if they feel otherwise.

I'll check back on this thing Sunday. Heading out for a couple days.
