He can't. I'm guessing whatever you saw has since been corrected because it just shows a win now.
When the starter leaves before the minimum 5 innings, the "winning pitcher" is up to the official scorer (provided the lead is never relinquished). Kolarek gave up 4 runs in 1 inning, while Shultz pitched 2.2 of shutout ball and was awarded the win.
It actually is possible. I looked it up. Guillermo Mota did it back on July 3, 2004.

I’ll have to look it up again. My thought, though, was though Kolarek gave up 4, they then scored 5 after before another pitcher entered and he would get the win.
Still shows both, btw.
Without the win, the score is 8-6 this week. Not as terrible as 8-5.
