He did something crazy like that to me, too. I offered him a serious deal (multiple deals) for Jake Lamb and he countered with something insane as if to imply that I was low-balling him to the nth degree. I just replied with "I see what you're doing," and left it at that. Less than a week later Jake Lamb gets traded for less than I offered.

Cargo for Kemp isn't really a crazy deal compared to Fowler for Trout, which is just absurd. Kemp will get traded for an old Britney Spears CD by next week.

He says we ruined the league but I think he's packed it in. My only question then is...

Why so serious?

Well now he gets the Ian Desmond for anyone level of offers.

He thought I was annoying when I wasn't even trying to be....

Oh contraire, he's pretty pumped about his pitching staff now, still thinks Story will get hot, and still likes his outfield. I mentioned that he's gone from first to last in the division and he said something about the season not being over yet. :lol:

I'm sure it started out with me making an offer for Greinke but he countered like, "sure, but you gotta make it for Trevor Story!"

At the time...pre cfpbuckeye hate, he probably made the deal to spite you. You said you made an offer too, right?

So my team has a whopping 44 wins - 10 fewer than the next to last guy - yet I'm 6-7-1 H2H in that category (could be worse).

I hope Mad Bum is ready to roll because so far it's been mostly just bums.
