Actually what they mean is the Hawaii WR's as a TEAM will get those stats. You can tell that by the Clemson and Arkansas RBs, as those look like combined stats for their RB by committees.

I would figure that is for a league where you draft an entire team's roster at a position. Rather than drafting Desean Jackson, you'd be drafting all of Cal's wide receivers.
