    Two boys burned down their grandparents' home and displaced the family while setting fire to cockroaches inside the house, a city spokeswoman said Sunday.

    The boys, ages 8 and 10, were sleeping over at the house in the 800 block of Northwest 17th Terrace Saturday when they began burning the cockroaches, using rubbing alcohol and a lighter, city spokeswoman Sandra King said.
