On thetackle Denard landed squarely on his knee. Michigan uses field turf, so not much give. Looked in no way like any type of tear. My guess is a knee bruise that is extremly painful, but he'll be fine in a week or so...might even be able to get back in the second half.

Type of injury that will hurt less if he plays on it now to keep it loose, but he's going to feel it for a few days later.

Well, I didn't think BG was any good and they are still disappointing me. I was hoping they'd at least keep the game close enough that DR would play most of the game and get banged up before Indiana. I wasn't hoping for a major injury, just the normal ware and tear of another full game. It would just be hilarious if Michigan starts undefeated out of conference and then loses to Indiana right out of the gate in the Big Ten.
