As bad as the playoffs have "ruined" bowl season for fans of programs with Playoff/NC aspirations, I think the smaller G5/P5 programs who still care about getting bowl eligible and winning bowls are just as entertaining as ever.

Yep. I've always loved these early, smaller bowls. Watching the "Who Gives a Fuck" Bowl and not having any vested interest in either team always ends up being very entertaining.
