Yes, they need to make a statement. I'd hate for the truck driver u. to get a win against a top 20 Big Ten team. Fortunately, the frequency of Sparty getting Spartied has dropped dramatically under Dantonio.

Whether it's the players or not, losing a QB with 50 career wins doesn't make the offense any better. Couple that with the high amount of starters they lost at other positions and you have a team that is likely to digress a bit. I guess we'll find out tonight.

The system is strong but they lost six draft picks. That is a ton of talent for a program like Boise.

that insult usually came during a collapse after the OOC campaign, which was often very successful.

Thing is, this is a big game for both teams, because Boyzee took a few steps back with their talent losses, and honestly I don't think Sparty will be quite as good as everyone seems to think this year either. Sparty usually plays well early in the year, but Boyzee has made a living off of these one-off games early in the season, because they can go beat up on weaklings the rest of the way. Lots of intrigue tonight.

True. While I think the truck drivers lose three or four without horse teeth, the incessant Boise hype will undoubtedly start if they pull this out tonight. Best to end it before it begins.
