The announcers were bored in the fourth quarter, so they spent the ENTIRE quarter making every excuse imaginable for all of the Boise State problems with the NCAA, saying the NCAA was jobbing them over and that nothing they did was any big deal. Then Boise just threw deep with 17 seconds left to run up the score. Gotta love it
