I just hopes that LaMarcus knows that our staff will not recruit him at the expense of other players... We won't dispatch a coach just for him...

Not saying that's what he wants or feels needs to happen, just saying that we will have other guys that require our attention as well...

That's the big disadvantage OSU is in right now. All those Florida schools SHOULD have a coach, even if it's just a grad. assistant, at his practices every week.

Now, this is where the distance is a pain. We can't fly down a guy for each of his practices. But we do have Mr. Cris Carter, and our assitants will no doubt visit whenever they're in Florida.

I can't wait until LJ gets up to C-Bus for the spring game. I know he will enjoy it.

No advantage. Coaches are limited to:

1 visit during the evaluation period (2008-8/1-11/29). 6 visits during the contact period (2008--11/20-1/31 minus selected dead days)

Yea, that's the rule. At STA it won't be as bad. At any public school, especially in Dade, he would have coaches crawling the fences. They may not make contact per se. But they will make sure he sees them hanging around.

Genron, how many times a week does Miami have coaches/reps at MNW? It is a lot more than the rule.
