Don't most contracts that involve naming of buildings allow the owner of the building to remove the name if the person is convicted of a crime, etc? It would only make sense.

Not sure but that would make sense.

I heard last week that Blackwell has only paid $2 million of the $7 million that he promised to donate so it sounds like the OSU has a tough decision on their hands.
