"Barkin' up the wrong tree"
Anybody a fan of the BioShock series? I like unique First Person shooter games and the first was one of the best I'd ever seen.

First one was awesome, but I won't be getting the second until 1) I beat Mass Effect 2 and 2) I hear reviews.

Not a fan of them adding multiplayer. I hope it doesn't take away from the single-player part. There aren't enough great FPS single-player games like the first Bioshock. Hadn't enjoyed one like that since Half-Life 2.

Amen x 1000.

It seems like keep remaking WWII games in this mold and the story is the most watered down crap ever.

I'll tell you a great one that gets passed over alot. It was on the original Xbox and it was the Chronicles of Riddick - escape from Butcher Bay.
I know, I know - the movie sucked but the game was tremendous and got great reviews from all the services.

Always thought a Resident Evil or GTA game would be sweet in First Person Mode.

Never played the Riddick game. Had a friend who loved it though.

GTA would be awesome in first person.

Really the only FPS single-player games that have drawn me in are Half-Life, HL2, Bioshock.

Feel like I'm missing one, but I can't remember it. Must not have been that awesome. If Bioshock 2 comes close I'll be pumped.

Been playing this some. I am to about the 4th or 5th level. It's pretty good, but not as good as the first.

The story is moving along, but a little slow. The combat is pretty much the same. Guns are cool, but nothing revolutionary. As with the first, if you take your time and get everything then it's gets easier as you go along. There is one cool new splicer. The Big Sister battles are ok, and playing zone battles does get a little tiresome (protecting the little sisters as they gather Adam). The scout plasmid is pretty cool. The environments are not as varied as the first.

Overall it's pretty good, but not as good as the first. I recommend it, but it's not as much of a must play as the first one.
