Re: 76 new luxury suites to be added: some will be located on the west side of the stadium (press box side) in the area now know as B deck. Others will be located in the middle section of the expanded press box. Suite prices: $45,000 to $75,000

At those prices, my guess it that they added the MAXIMUM number of luxury boxes that they thought they could sell.

Me and my Old Man have been doing a tour of the Big Ten stadiums, 1 away game per year - this year is my first time in Wisky.. been to Iowa (2005 - night game), Illinois (Beanie jumped a dude), Michigan State (2005 - Hello Teddy Ginn), Purdue (2007), M*ch*g*n (last year), Indiana multiple times (easy drive, cheap tickets).

We usually will get in around 6/7 on Friday - grab some food - and hit up the campus bars.

Best atmosphere:Iowa
They were ranked top 10, 8:00 kickoff = boozin' all day - the stadium was rocking.

Best food:Knight's Steakhouse in Ann Arbor
word is Bo used to eat there, and beyond the fact that their steaks were fantastic, it looked like a place Bo would eat at. I could see him having a steak with the coaches planning on how to stop Woody. Hyde Park in UA is the only steak I've had that is comparable.

Best bars:Iowa
nothing but bars and head shops - they had beer trucks re-filling the bars at 2:00am with the band playing out in the streets

Can't wait for Wisky.. looking forward to Happy Valley & Nebraska.. Not looking forward to the drive to Minnesota.

Yeah, unfortunately that trend is changing. There were a lot of angry people up north about their luxury expansion too.

I was aware renovations were done in the 1990s, but you say there are more on the way?

The link was referring to the plans for the previous expansion (obviously not everything originally planned ending up going through).
