Big Ten Kick-Off Conference 8-2-2006

Has anyone ever attended the Big Ten Kick-Off Conference before. I am currently working in Chicago and thought it might be worth making a day of it. The tickets are 90.00 and wanted to see what others have thought. If nothing else it could be an opportunity to get some coverage for this site.

BB73 - Are you still planning on going to this event. I am going to take a look at my work plan on Monday and should know for sure then. I think I am going to try to make it regardless to help get some coverage for this site.

What can you get from attending?

Would it be worth some PayPal donations to send you two as reporters for the site?

I still plan on being there, although I'm not sure what I'll be able to get out of attending. Some quotes from players and coaches when they're at the podium, and some low-quality digital pictures, I guess.

Thanks for the idea of donations, Dryden, but personally I'm willing to pay my own way in order to have the experience of the event. And I'd rather have any monetary donations go where they normally go.
