Yeah.

They'll want it in a dome in December, so the only other option would be Detroit (or Minneapolis, I suppose).

Indy is the best choice - newest stadium, centrally located.

Chicago is a nicer city with more things to do though, and it fits the Big Ten's profile to play a championship game in the snow.
