Ummm. You do realize that some of us are...how do we say it...a bit more ample below the belt and need the padding in cycling shorts? Also that tee-shirts provide a lot less protection from wind effects on cooling and from rain? It's not a one for one trade, my friend.

I still don't see the need for the 220+ pounds of chewed bubblegum in a spandex bag look I see on a lot of these guys but to each their own.

Three things never lie; little kids, drunks and spandex.

Unless you are a competitive cyclist do us all a favor and don't worry about shaving off that extra tenth of a second. Wear a t-shirt and shorts like normal people do when they work out, ok?
