I agree that the SEC and a slightly lesser extent the B10 has a bunch of headset talent. I also think that is has a lot to do with tradition in the sense that good coaches want to coach programs that can excel. In the SEC you have Bama, Tennessee, Georgia and LSU with a rich history then recently with Spurriers UF emergence you have many destinations where it is clear that you can win it all (I'll add in Auburn who has a good history and has been very good the last 20 or so years)
