Best & Worst gift you received?

My girlfriend is awesome at buying gifts, so the best thing I received was my new dachshund puppy that I've been wanting forever.

My grandma on the other hand, from Youngstown is a SLIGHT bit out of touch and got me a 3x (I wear a M) tshirt with nature-y stuff and probably about 47 hummingbirds all over it. The entire family enjoyed watching me earn my Oscar on that one. That was the worst by a landslide.

Best - My boys actually enjoying and appreciating all the gifts they received.

Worst - Tie from the in-laws. I really need to tell them I always return their gifts as their taste in clothes is awful.

Same year got the best and the worst...

In 1996-

From Dad- He offered for the three of us (my my brother and my sister) a trip to the Rose Bowl on the alumni package. (He went as well)

From Mom- Despite getting the Rose Bowl trip from dad, mom found QVC that year and spent a bunch of money there. When it arrived dad had the budget discussion with mom, and forced her to send it back. In protest, she clipped coupons and thats what she gave us. (most of which were expired)

As far as good presents given-

For Dad- in 99 got him a copy of You Win With People. This year, found a copy of Hot Line to Victory.

For Mom- A nice Hummel set (she used to collect them)

Give the shirt to your girlfriend as a sleep shirt...

Best- Tickets to Glendale to go see tOSU play Florida for the championship, in a landslide. Easily the best gift i've ever gotten.

Worst- don't have one. it's hard to consider something "bad" when someone went out of their way to get it for you as a gift.
