Obviously, for Ohio State, I am applying the sanctions we face (I will intentionally lose my bowl game). And I will recruit less.

How do I impact Penn State, though?

Replace them with Division II Delaware via teambuilder and then in two years give their spot in the B1G to Pitt/Syracuse.

You can edit players out. For instance, if Silas Redd leaves for U$C you can take him off. Also, adjust the coach prestige of their coaches down to at least a D.

Play every game against PedSU ensuring they lose. Put the difficulty on Freshman and light it up. This will hurt their Team Prestige.

You can delete their recruits they do get to ensure they only sign 15.

Or

Make them a user controlled team and you have control of any and everything they do.
