You really cant beat The Joy of Cooking. It is like and encycopedia of great info. Better Homes and Gardens is OK, and believe it or not, the Martha Stewart cookbook is informative. Betty Crocker is still good, but when it comes down to it, its what works best for you.

Not sure what Mr. Incognito ended up doing, but I took StoopidGrimson's advice and got the Barbecue Bible. Very nice so far. Just made some Chicken Tikka tacos tonight and they were very good. Unfortunately, to make the recipe I had to get some ingredients from the Indian store and it always smells in there. :smash:
