Bengals at Steelers(-7.5)

So I'll open this by saying I didn't see any of the game today, so I don't really know how bad it was, but I don't get all the pessimism after this game. We were down our top two corners and top de. This is our only bad loss of the season, and finishing 3-1 is still very feasible. I think at 10-6 we have a real good shot at the playoffs.

The part I bolded...you need look no further. They looked like the Bengals during the Akili Smith/Jeff Blake eras. Penalties left and right, constant turnovers...literally nothing went well today. It was like we tried to lose the game. I think we can still make the playoffs but its going to be tough with our situation at CB, and the MO is definetely against us.

Yeah I guess I expect this team to shit the bed like 7 times a season, so the fact that this was the first time this year and it was at Pittsburgh, I don't think its that worrisome. But I agree we need nate back asap if we want to have a chance.

For the draft, give me Denard/Janoris at cb, mcdonald/barron at s in the first and polk/ball in the second and I'll be ecstatic.

True, all the other games have been close. I think Bengals fans are just worried about the momentum right now. We looked piss poor against Cleveland and haven't got a signature win yet over a Baltimore or Pittsburgh yet. But I like the second round, but I'm hoping Mathieu or Claireborne somehow slip down to us for our first pick.
