I know Cinci fans loved that penalty but "roughing the passer" has gotten completely out of hand. Can you touch the QB at all, anymore?

I didn't see the play, but the "hitting a defenseless receiver" call in the end zone at the end of the first half was a joke. That call in general is getting out of hand.
