OK, so assume this outcome changes:

<!--StartFragment --> * A year ago, Michigan won the Big Ten championship outright with a 35-21 victory in Ann Arbor. The win denied Ohio State a piece of the crown and very likely a spot in the BCS national championship game at the Sugar Bowl. (OSU was No. 2 in the BCS standings at the time of the loss.)

and OSU is #2 going into January.

Would we be sharing with USC, would LSU have been on the outside looking in at a Rose Bowl East, What would've been OU's story?

How many recruits would have come to CBus?

Bah, we still should have gotten Fred Davis. Maybe the coaches forgot to tell him about all the cars and money he'd get playing for the Bucks. :roll1:

OU was guaranteed a spot in the title game, regardless of the outcome of the big 12 title game.

their loss probably would have knocked osu out of the title game in favor of usc.

ou fell in the polls behind lsu and usc. however, they would have stayed ranked above osu, as evidenced by their losing two straight and maintaining a #3 ranking. so, ou's loss would have in essence cost osu a shot at the sugar bowl.

ou stayed #1 in 5 of the 7 computer polls after their loss. so usc would have gained a point on osu, and osu would have gained .2 at the absolute most, thereby ousting us from the bcs title game.

and if clarett doesnt bone burgess' girlfriend, burgess probably comes to osu, which possibly brings manningham to osu, thereby creating a nice youngstown area support group for irizarry, who then doesnt rob some student and is still on the team, thereby allowing marcel frost to stay at DE this year, where he was far better than kudla or richardson.
