How does the waiver system work?

OK, here's what I'm imagining the waiver system to be.

Everybody can submit 1 waiver request per week. This will be done on Wednesdays by PMing your waiver move to me. I will PM my waiver moves to jwinslow on Tuesdays so everything is fair. On Thursday I'll display the waiver moves that went through, and if you didn't get who you wanted then you can submit another one. The order will be the reverse draft order. Once you successfully complete a waiver move, you drop to the bottom of the list.

The NFL has nothing on my competitive balance.

Seriously. Typically you can hope for those huge breakouts against the I-aa teams (except if you have Michigan players), and my bench did do pretty well :P, but most of my players barely showed up yesterday, yours too. Things should be easier to predict once the conference games become the norm. . .

I had 149.8, but I'll concede. I'm not upset though because I had Choice, Burton, and Longshore in a diff league that helped me win.
