Didn't see a thread for this out there (could have sworn there was one before).

In any case, I put this thread out there for all the fellers that love a good piece of BBQ.

Bought this and used it today on some chicken. Probably the best chicken I have ever cooked, and it was my first use.

Cooking pork shoulder tomorrow for some pulled pork.

Pork tenderloins rubbed in "Memphis dust" after a 3 hour dry brine last weekend. 225 for a few hours on the traeger using cherry wood pellets.
