Baylor +7.5 at Texas (ov/un 52.5) 7 ET

Script, they did have two weeks to prepare for the game.

My question is is how do you have one of the top recruiting classes year in and year out and you are performing this badly. All their fans are clamoring for a change at the OC.

ShaggyBevo is somewhat in meltdown mode right now. People are hoping Mack has retired already or will be by the end of the season. Some think Muschamp isn't a good choice for the head coach either. I hope to god something like this doesn't happen to Tressel.

Lol it's ok the fact that Baylor is bowl eligible [strike]before the Horns[/strike] and the Horns might not make a bowl at all is funny enough as it is
FIXED

Also, I'm with Script, how the hell did the Huskers lose to Texas? Our new friends to the west have to be ripping their hair out every week Texas looks like shit vs Iowa State or Baylor.

Preparation

Texas didn't all of a sudden become talentless over night. They are too busy out there partying in Austin, thinking they are gonna come in and dominate teams like Iowa State and Baylor and not focusing on taking care of their business. They came to play against Nebraska in a big game because they found motivation. The same thing happened to us to a lesser extent against Wisconsin imo, except our team has better leadership so as not to let it happen again.

Unfortunately, the Huskers are just snakebit against the Longhorns. Also, I would not call being beat by a TD as beaten badly.

The Big 12 refs didn't help the Huskers cause in this game either. (To say the least) A bunch of WR drops by the Huskers were also a big factor.

It will be very interesting to see how Mack throws under the bus this week... last week it was the entire football coaching staff except himself (CEO as he called himself). I'll listen to see what happens and try to update the thread I started.

Whats interesting is they orangebloods guys are blaming all of this on recruiting... saying they missed on a lot of talent saying they offered guys that were just "good" to early, they could have waited and still gotten them and taken shots at national recruits.... but doesn't Texas have a "top 5" recruiting class every year?
