Daniels whiffing was bad, but the interior guys completely missing a delayed blitz was worse, imo. Sayin can step up in the pocket to avoid the speed rusher, but there’s nothing he can do about a guy all alone coming through the middle of the line.

If he doesn’t have to step up it’s not an issue.

Yep, the center and guard were doubling a guy and let a delayed LB come through and drill Sayin.

Not really it was a delayed blitz cause the guy had no man. All not stepping up does is give him an extra half a second as long as O-line keeps staring a daisies

I think a guy coming charging through the middle untouched is a problem even if Sayin is two yards further back in the pocket. Regardless of whose failing was worse, the OL needs to get their shit together.
