Which is actually a good thing! (Means no more apartment dwelling).

Still trying to find another buyer up north for our old ranch, but once the home cross the border was gone we started looking in earnest.

The first three homes the missus and I both really liked we found were all bid on, and under contract same day we found them.

Guess great minds think alike.

Then we finally found a goody - not large, though the attached picture does not do it justice by any stretch. So under our OWN roof again in a month.

Can't wait.

Down in SW Ohio north of Hamilton County these properties run anyway up from 180 - 250K.

Sellers had built south of the border in Kentucky, already moved, got a real good deal

We've been trying that for 2-3 years now. Speaking of that It's about time to put together the 2006 BP football team. Maybe we can get BN or Alan to put together a team to get some practice. :p I think my body is down to about 10 more good blocks before I fall apart. I'm losing about 1 a year.

my knee and my back are shot.... my blocking technique is falling down and trying to roll over the opponent.
