I came across this while surfing and thought it could possible be useful for some people or just interesting.

On a side note I need to go on a diet so I can save some money at the bar.

I don't trust that chart. I'm 280 and If I drink more than 5-6 drinks total in a night I am going to blow over a .08. I never drink more than 4-5 if I'm driving home unless I am going to cut myself off and still be out for several hours.

Now that I think about it you're liver can only process 1 drink an hour so I guess you can have as many drinks as that chart says +1 per hour you are out. So if the chart says I can drink 6 beers and I am out from 10-2 I should be able to drink 10 beers and not be over the limit.

Not sure if that chart is correct or not, however remember you body (on average) can only process one "drink" per hour.

So if you drank six beers in two hours that would be similar to five beers in an hour (legally drunk)....

I don't think public intox is a crime here in Minster. If it is, I don't know of anyone who's ever been busted for it. I know I've been guilty of it many, many times.
When I grew up in Auglaize County, public intox wasn't a crime and at times, it seemed that it was encouraged.

We were once pulled over in Put-in-Bay while driving a golf cart by a cop who was riding a bike. There were 4 of us in the golf cart which we had taken from the front yard of our cottage (and did not know who it actually belonged to) The cop threatened to give my by buddy a DUI and then just decided to make us leave the golf cart and walk. So we told the cop we would go back to the cottage and find someone sober to drive the cart, instead we left the cart, and went to the Roundhouse. I had no idea you could get popped for DUI in a golf cart.
