My son is now 13 and in the eighth grade. Last year, in the seventh grade, he was coming home with stories of both girls and boys who already had sex with more than one person. From the stories he was relating, kids today are where,
or beyond my group as juniors or seniors in high school.:(

It's all very natural. It was the Puritans that started the whole "sex is sin" thing. .
The sex is sin thing is not the problem the problem is responsibility and self accounting.
The problem with "it takes a village" is that everyone expects someone else in the village to do everything.
Try teaching moral standards, social standards and responsibilities.

Uk: "I Know I'm Young, But I Plan To Be A Good Dad"

patten_uk.jpg

That's baby faced, 13-year-old father Alfie Patten, 15 year-old mother Chantelle Steadman, and their newborn baby Maisie.

During the baby's first days out of the hospital, Patten and Steadman spent their time caring for the baby and playing Saints Row II.

...

Chantelle looked up from 18-rated action game Saints Row II to admit her first night out of hospital since having 7lb 3oz daughter Maisie had been tough and had left her "in a daze".

Saints Row II? Wait just a second. How they hell did they get Saints Row II?! That game is for adults, not kids. Adults. These two are so not ready for Saints Row II. Nobody doubt their sincerity in wanting to play Saints Row II. They're too damn young. Somebody tell their parents before it's too late!

The "teenage mum" and her whole family is "on the dole." Nice.

Chantelle lives with mum Penny, 38, dad Steve, 43, and her five brothers in a council house.
The family survive on benefits. But Penny explained: ?Steve is a fisherman and work is sparse.

GET..............A................DIFFERENT...................JOB!
