It was the right call (the penalty), the dude ran into the punter and you can't do that. It was beyond stupid for Coach D to call for the block in that situation, especially after not going for it on 4th. Low percentage, high risk (especially inside of 4th and 5) and one screw up looses the game for you.

We all kind of figured that Dantonio would go up there and stop Sparty from being Sparty. For some reason that has not happened. That call had John L. written all over it. Coach D needs to slap himself a few times.
