The cop talking on CNN right now would kick your ass if he read that. It wasn't stolen, and you should be tarred and feathered for reporting things without confirming them with law enforcement.

Here's the thread on Shaggybevo.com about the incident. You can kind of see the story unfold from there. Judging from how quickly they pulled up the guy's personal information, it looks like they have a few Shetucks of their own on that site. Some of the usual "oh man I used to live there" posts but a lot of the stuff they start posting around pages 5 and beyond are very informative.

Want to steal a plane? It's easier than stealing a car! As this article states, older planes don't even have an ignition key! And the dash is usually a plane piece of metal, making "hot wiring" even easier!
