Its fun, but I think ACII was better story wise... IV is more of Pirates Creed than Assassins (granted i'm only like 30% of the way through the main story). ACIII had SOOO much potential in the end it was kinda a letdown...

I was secretley hoping for the French Revolution. It looks like I got my wish. "Any institution which does not suppose the people good, and the magistrate corruptible, is evil" -Robspierre.

So, BN24, much like your vaunted fap-fest with the XB1, I will be looking forward to this primarily bcause that I think the developers have a vested interest in the content. Perhaps more so that previous itertions.

I've always sort of thought that the AC line sort of aligned with a pirates creed quite well. I thought ACII was great and ACIII was ok. My problem with the latter is that I study the revolutions as a hobby, particularly the american revolution, and I was disappointed in the historical inaccuracies, even taking in to account artistic license. I found IV to be more accurate, and hope that V builds on that.

I have not played 4. I found the first 3 to be intriguing on the surface but largely stunted and shallow when it came to the plot. I did not really expect a simple game to handle such a complex concept effectively. The game play was so fantastic that I did not mind.
