More power to you guys for plowing through. I'm getting so frustrated with how slow the story line is progressing that I barely dedicate any time to it at all.

I think at one point the game realized this, because it stopped making me go from one side of the planet to the other just to talk to somebody and started just skipping to that next agonizingly slow cut scene.

This is exactly how I feel and I'm on Sequence 3. I should have stuck with my gut feeling and not bought this game.

I am REALLY excited about this game, but I am waiting to buy it. Why? Because with all the other single player focused games that I have purchased in recent memory, if I wait six months I can basically get it at half price.

I will be doing the same with Hitman Absolution (maybe, it will be hard to hold off)

Anyway, I am finally getting around to finishing AC Brotherhood....

I'm enjoying 3. But I picked it up knowing it would be slow moving. The biggest issue I had was somehow I entered Undgerground Boston the other day, and spent 90 minutes walking around lighting candles before I found my way back to the surface. And the only thing that happened was I killed some bandits and looted them.....

my question is, when do I get to attack and kill some redcoats on the battle field? All I'm doing now is looking for people.

Yeah once you actually start off on your mission, you can't go 5 feet without seeing somebody you can kill for the fun of it.

The lanterns in the underground Boston thing were for you to be able to find your way back if you got lost.....not for you to light each one

So I finally got this game, and yes the early missions are kind of boring. Yet in one of the eavesdropping missions I accidentally hit the Y button which fires your gun. I had no idea who I shot, then the mission fails and it says "You have killed George Washington." Yeah, that is going to hurt the revolution.
