This Week, In Sam I Trust
This Saturday, in addition to the Mizzou/OU game that means so much for the Scarlet and Grey,

another big game is going on: Army/Navy.

I know this is a meaningful game with great rivals and high emotion. (I rank it second on my list of huge rivalries, ahead of the Iron Bowl)

I have read many articles about what this game is all about, and they really are good.

I always enjoy watching this game.

What are YOUR thoughts on Army/Navy?

Watching the Cadets in this game is neat. We like to think our rivalry is the best, but in the grand scheme of things, Army/Navy is bigger. For the participants there are actual bragging rights as many of them will interact throughout their careers. Very few players in the other rivalry games will have constant contact with their rivals like the Cadets will.

There has several discussion about this game in the past, but I'll repeat my stance that this game is as big a rivalry as ours with Michigan. Yeah, yeah...both teams have sucked for decades and their game has absolute zero impact on the football rankings, but the emotion and pagentry of the event itself is unmatched in my eyes. Every year you can throw season records out the window with this game...
