Army +14.5 vs Navy (ov/un 41.5) Sat, Dec 12

BCS haters dream scenario: tOSU went undefeated this year, but was a close third behind #2 Texas in the BCS. Navy beating Army gives a slight boost to tOSU's strength of schedule, moving tOSU ahead of Texas in 1 computer, just enough to boost them ahead of Texas in BCS points. But the BCS bids have already been announced, and the Buckeyes are screwed!

Actually, I'm not sure if the BCS has just decided to ignore this regular season game or not. It appears to be the case. It's great that Amry-navy is back on a day when more people can watch it, but woe to the BCS is the above scenario ever comes into play.

I'm sure the BCS would forbid the computers from updating after last week. A funnier result would've been if either of these teams were #2 and then lost.

I think that they would have had the BCS selection show after the Army Navy game in that situation. I don't think they schedule it that far in advance.

I just wanted to congratulate Vern and Gary for making it to the 6 minute mark of the 2nd quarter before saying the name Tim Tebow on the air.

I knew they couldn't go an entire football game but I'm glad it didn't turn into a 3.5 hour sermon comparing everything good about the Army/Navy game to the goodness that is Timmy.

With that TD Dobbs is now ahead of Tebow for the most rushing td's in a season. Is that for a QB?

I believe that was 24 for Dobbs and Toby Gerhart of Stanford has 26 this season, so......yes. :p
